Terms of use
The e-ticket (electronic ticket) is subject to the general terms of sale you accepted.
This e-ticket is valid if it show on your smartphone or tablet, or printed on white A4 paper, without changing the size and format and with good print quality. Partially printed, dirty, damaged or illegible e-tickets may be rejected by the organizer. In the event of poor print quality (illegible), you must print your e-ticket again.

Don't forget to dowload the application Japan Expo to charge your tickets.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, duplicate or forge the e-ticket in any manner, offenders will be sued.
The organizers may accept other supports (electronic, screens...) if they wish.

Access to the event depends on the validity of your e-ticket. Each e-ticket has a bar code allowing access to the event to a single person. In case of loss, theft or copying of a valid e-ticket, ONLY THE FIRST PERSON presenting the e-ticket can access the event. The buyer remains responsible for the use of the e-ticket. This e-ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded.

It is personal and not transferable.

In case of loss or theft, we disclaim any responsibility for the illegal use of this e-ticket. During the checks, you must have an official ID card with a valid photo (passport, driving license, identity card or residence card).

This e-ticket is only valid for the location, session, date and exact time of the event.

This title should be kept until the end of the event. Access to the site is not guaranteed after the starting time and does not allow any refund.

In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, refund of this ticket will be subject to the conditions set by the organizer of the event. The events take place under the sole responsibility of the organizer.

The acquisition of this e-ticket means you have accepted the rules of the event and/or the organizer.
